Office Manager
Our patients feel like a part of my family. It’s fun to watch the children grow up, hear about marriages and births, and celebrate achievements. I oversee the general flow and organization of our practice, and ensure everything moves smoothly so everyone can focus on what’s important: our patients! I cover all aspects of the front desk, answer the phones, and schedule visits. I also help patients make the most of their insurance benefits and review financing.

I have two children along with three dogs and two cats. They take up most of my free time. When I have spare time I enjoy reading, going wine tasting with friends, and traveling.

Office Manager
I have been in the dental field for more than 15 years. I began my career as a dental assistantand then transitioned to the administrative side of dentistry. Having both front and back-office experience gives me a unique and well-rounded perspective on the daily function of this practice. I am fully dedicated to the incredible impact and significance a positive, caring and compassionate dental office can have on someone’s life. I truly believe that what we do matters. And how we do things matters. Because our patients matter. And I love getting to know our patients. Like so many other staff members, I too, am from this area. I grew up in Buckley and that’s where I raised my two boys. My family roots run deep around here. I love this community and I’m excited what Cole Street Dental has to offer as your chosen dental office
In our free time, my husband and I can be found with our kids, family and friends. Evenings and weekends are almost always busy and full, making memories and enjoying life.

Treatment Coordinator
Living in this community and helping my friends and neighbors attain great oral health and smiles is rewarding. My work day focuses on customer service. I greet and check patients in and out, handle appointment recalls, and confirm visits. I also create insurance claims and develop treatment plans and estimates. Patients often have questions about their care options, so I review the doctors’ recommendations and discuss the financial aspects of treatment.

I’m happily married with three children. I love watching my sons play baseball, and watching and supporting my daughter who rides and shows cutting horses. As a family, we enjoy skiing, hunting, camping, and LOTS of baseball!

Patient Coordinator

I am a Tacoma native who found Bonney Lake as my home. I have been in dentistry for 15 years. I love my daily interactions with our patients. My career began as a dental assistant, but I have recently transitioned to the front office. This change has allowed me to grow in my dental knowledge and contributions to our practice. It will likely be me, that gets to talk to our patients first and I am who you will see at check-in. I’m proud of the quality of dental care this office gives this community, from the very first greetings in the front to the treatment and compassion the patients receive in the back office.

My husband and I have 1 son and a few very spoiled cats. Outside work, we enjoy spending time with family and friends and we love attending Mariners games.

Watching a patient develop a healthy mouth and smile is a great experience. When people have good dental health, their body is healthier, and when they have a healthy smile they feel more confident and better about themselves. I perform dental cleanings and treat gum diseases, as well as assist with anesthesia. While I’m caring for patients, I teach them about dental hygiene and the best way to keep their mouths and smiles clean, healthy, and beautiful.

My wife Karen, who is also a dental hygienist, and I have been married for 40 years. We have 4 adult children, one daughter, twin boys, and a third son. Karen and I love hiking with family and friends. I enjoy golfing, reading, working out, and singing.

One of the best parts of my job is developing relationships with our patients. It is always fun to meet new people and get to know them, and it is just as enjoyable to strengthen friendships with established patients. Often, during visits we catch up on the latest news about families and activities. While I clean teeth, I educate patients about dental hygiene and changes they can make to keep their teeth and smile in excellent shape.

My husband Troy and I have been married for 26 years. We have two children. I love to travel and want to visit all of the National Parks.

Every day I meet interesting new people and renew friendships with patients I’ve seen before. Our conversations make the hours fly by as we talk and laugh together. Learning about a patient’s life and hobbies helps me understand their home dental hygiene routine and where they can improve. While cleaning a patient’s teeth, I talk about their oral health and the best ways to keep their smile healthy and bright.
My husband Stan and I live in Buckley. Our daughter is married and lives in the Lake Tapps area. We enjoy follow the Huskie Football games and my spare time is spent volunteering at a local non-profit.

As a dental hygienist, my passion involves education and health. It’s important that patients receive excellent care and are always aware of the most current dental trends in order for them to make positive health choices. I believe in not just cleaning teeth, but giving my patients the tools and education they need to make a positive impact on their overall health. The best part of my job is the relationships I build with my patients.

In our spare time, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our family and friends. You will often find us on the sidelines cheering on our 2 children at a lacrosse game, a soccer game, or a volleyball game.

Originally from Black Diamond, I always knew I wanted to work in the dental field. 10 years ago, I started as a sterilization tech while going to school to become a dental hygienist. I then graduated from Clark College with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene with honors in 2017. We moved to Enumclaw where I was able to start with Dr. Monaghan and his awesome team in 2023.
Growing up in the nearby area, and now raising my family here has been such a blessing. I’m excited to watch our family grow in such a great community. I look forward to spending time connecting with my patients, and creating personalized goals with them while also providing them with a gentle and thorough cleaning. In my free time, I enjoy helping my husband with our local business, watching my son play sports and hiking with our chocolate lab, Holly.

I have been a dental assistant for 15 years. I work closely with our doctors, as they tend to our patients. I’m always aware of my patient's needs, and make sure they feel safe and relaxed while with us. It’s great when a patient who was a bit hesitant when they arrived is smiling at the end of their visit.
I am from Enumclaw, born and raised, and I love the memories this community is now creating for my son. I enjoy spending time with my son in my free time. Our favorite vacation is camping on the Oregon coast and riding our side-by-side and four-wheelers.

I make sure every patient knows they’re in a safe place and ensure they are comfortable during their visit. Even the most worried person soon learns that we really do provide painless dental care, so they relax and actually look forward to visits! I prepare patients for procedures, make sure they’re comfy in the chair, and talk about what the doctor will be doing. Then I provide support by helping the doctor while keeping our patient updated on how everything’s going. I’ve been married for more than 14 years. We have a daughter and a son who keep us busy, and we live on a small farm in Enumclaw. I enjoy camping as well as boating, crabbing, and shrimping.

I have been a dental assistant for 20 years. I love bonding with our patients and sharing stories. One of the most gratifying and heartwarming aspects of my job is to witness patients with prior negative experiences elsewhere begin to trust us and our level of care for them. Our team shares the same mission when it comes to the care of our patients. We help each other ensure that our patients are comfortable in the dental chair and their concerns are addressed.
